In-Home and Family Support Program - MR

The In-Home and Family Support Program provides funding for services or items, including:

bulletSpecial equipment
bulletArchitectural modifications to home
bulletHealth services
bulletCounseling and training services
bulletHome care services
bulletTransportation
bulletRespite care
bulletOther items or services that meet criteria
Eligibility is based on diagnosis, residency, financial, and need factors. Funding is limited to no more than $2,500 a year per recipient.
