In-Home and Family Support Program - MR

The In-Home and Family Support Program provides funding for services or items, including:

  • Special equipment
  • Architectural modifications to home
  • Health services
  • Counseling and training services
  • Home care services
  • Transportation
  • Respite care
  • Other items or services that meet criteria
Eligibility is based on diagnosis, residency, financial, and need factors. Funding is limited to no more than $2,500 a year per recipient.
