In-Home and Family Support Program - MR

The In-Home and Family Support Program provides funding for services or items, including:

Special equipment
Architectural modifications to home
Health services
Counseling and training services
Home care services
Transportation
Respite care
Other items or services that meet criteria
Eligibility is based on diagnosis, residency, financial, and need factors. Funding is limited to no more than $2,500 a year per recipient.
