Helen Farabee Centers is committed to open government and has staff dedicated to ensuring that all requests for inspection and/or copying public information are responded to efficiently and in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. All Texas Public Information Act requests must be made in writing. Please feel free to use the web form below to submit your Texas Public Information Act request, or send a written request of your choosing to the physical address, email address or fax number shown on this page. 
Helen Farabee Centers charges fees that are consistent with the fees allowed by the Texas Public Information Act. Helen Farabee Centers will provide a cost estimate to you if the anticipated charges related to the request exceed $40.00. Helen Farabee Centers has designated the following employee as the primary contact who will respond to Texas Public Information Act requests:
